User Agreement
- ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Welcome to Scriptrader, the premiere marketplace for buying and selling digital codes/scripts. By accessing, browsing, and using our website (“Site”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this User Agreement (“Agreement”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use the Site.
- ELIGIBILITY
You affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are fully able and competent to enter into and comply with the terms, conditions, obligations, representations, and warranties set forth in this Agreement.
- USER OBLIGATIONS AND CONDUCT
As a user of Scriptrader, you agree to use the Site in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will not use the Site for any unlawful purpose or post, share, or transmit any material that:
- Violates or infringes upon the rights of others;
- Is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
- Encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law;
- Contains a virus or other harmful component.
- TRANSACTION TERMS
When you offer a code/script for sale on Scriptrader, you represent and warrant that you have the lawful right to distribute and reproduce such content. Purchasers are granted a license to use the code/script under the terms provided by the seller.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Unless otherwise stated, all content on Scriptrader and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein are owned by or licensed to Scriptrader, and are subject to copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights under international conventions.
- LIABILITY LIMITATION
Scriptrader is not liable for any damages resulting from any violation of this Agreement, or for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of, relating to, or connected with the use or inability to use the Site.
- MODIFICATION OF TERMS
Scriptrader reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Changes will not be retroactive, and the most current version of the Terms, which will always be on the Scriptrader website, will govern our relationship with you.
